ANOTHER CURVEBALL

So one day of celebrating and now we are onto our next challenge!!!!!!

This morning at 7:45 I fell down 2 stairs and crunch. I packed it with ice and I thought it was ok just sprained….my journey to work is only 12-15 mins so I thought I was ok but by the time I got to work the ice effect had worn off the adrenaline had dropped. I realised it was more serious when my brake power was weak. Luckily I am a safe driver but ….
I called the Rev from school and he collected me and took me to urgent care. A bit of a rude/abrupt receptionist who wouldn’t let The Rev wait with me. I was sobbing…not just from the pain, but because of everything we’ve dealt with lately. I thought she was rather unkind. As my wait continued I saw several people treated harshly. However after that the staff were excellent and when I mentioned what happened the doctor told me to call The Rev back and asked us to register a complaint with the manager. Obviously not a new issue. And yes I had broken my ankle!!!!
Problem now…my car at work and I can’t drive!!! So the Rev drops me at work as I really had a few jobs I had to do. The Rev drove home and then walked 3+ miles back to school.
Now we are both exhausted, rather emotional and very very frustrated!!!!
It’s just not fair!!! :(((but that’s life.
