Ravenglass

Spent a few hours today driving about looking for viewing opportunities to take locomotive photos. We ended up at Ravenglass  as we should have the choice of this viaduct or the bridge by the station beside the Ratty miniature railway, but adding to the unlucky photographic week we have had the station bridge was closed for repair and there was boarding up between the main line and the Ratty, so a long sit on the shore in the freezing cold, (winter coat and hat) for the train that was on time at Harrington (son phoned to say it had gone through) but 40 minutes late by the time it crawled passed us.   
At least the sky was blue.
