A phone call

Today when I was at work, I got a phone call from my dad’s doctor. There was a sudden change in his condition and he has not been eating or drinking for the last 24 hours. There’s not much more that can be done now. It looks like my dad will only have a couple of days to live..

I informed my coworkers and left the office. I could not focus on anything anymore…
