Hanging on

Walked down to the gym to see if the TVP bee orchids had managed to survive despite the business park's obsession with mowing and strimming.  Sure enough 2 plants are in flower.  They have mown one of the areas though.  I really love these exotic looking blooms.
Walked into town after lunch to find some new shorts and a few other bits.  Stopped for a drink at the canalside pub in the sunshine. 
Sat out in the garden with my knitting until we lost the sun and it got a bit too chilly.
