Farne islands

Had a great day in Newcastle visiting the fantastic Baltic modern art gallery. Also went to the Farne islands where we saw many puffins, guillemots, razorbills, gannets, kittiwakes and others. Some nesting shags today and puffins yesterday.

For moth fans, 48 species last night.

New for us. Dotted Clay, Willow Beauty, Barred Straw,Pebble Hook tip,Barred Red,Grey Dagger,The Miller,Light Arches,Dark Arches,Light emerald.
Stars probably the Pebble hook tip and The Miller.
