Harter Fell from Green Crag

Getting near to the end - another three Wainwright's walked today, managed Green Crag, Harter Fell and Hardknott from the Wrynose Pass. Notoriously boggy, especially Green Crag - and it really was. I reproofed my boots before we set off, and needed my gaiters to keep dry. Deb wore her new Summer Boots (Waterproof) and they let water in, it was so bad.

Covered another 11 miles, and 3,000 feet of altitude. Taking my total up to 210 - only 4 to go. If only the weather had played ball, today was windy and remarkably cold, you could tell me it was March and I'd believe you. Longing for a dry, warm spell, though I think I'll have finished the challenge before the weather improves. 

If Monday is reasonable, we're planning to complete it then, though it will be a mammoth walk to finish.
