Taking a chance

I drove to Thornham to catch the high tide round the coal barn.  As I approached I could see a couple of vehicles parked next to it and thought that you can always ruin a good photo with a white van. I left the car at a high point and walked down the road and decided there was a picture there after all.

Fortunately for them it was only a 7 metre tide, it can reach just over 8 metres and that would have been interesting for the campers.
