In the cabin

I've been in the cabin abd/ or resting most of the day. It hadn't helped my back, which needs movement, but the eye does not feel as uncomfortable. 

Went to see S as I hadn't seen him for two weeks. We walked down to town and he got his new glasses which are a bit Elton John! We had hazelnut gelato at my favourite gelato stall. 

Finished the Headlong .... Podcast and am now listening to A Body made of Glass by Caroline Crampton. It's a history of Hypochondria. Really  interesting guests. Caroline has a book out, with the same name. As a teenager of 17 she was diagnosed with cancer, and she says it's left her with an ongoing history of hypochondria.
