Leaving

Peschici was hard today. We had such a wonderful chilled and interesting time there (again). It was also goodbye to the coast so we got up early and enjoyed a lovely walk along the beach - it was already 24°at 7am! Blip :unusual colours of weed on the beach. 
A 6 hour drive north up the eastern coast of Italy to the outskirts of Bologna for an overnight stop. On the spur of the moment we decided to get the bus into the city, contacted a friend who used to live here to find out where to go, and had a little wander/explore and dinner (pasta bolognaise !). I also spent some money in my favourite shop - Desigual :))
It was interesting: grand colonnaded and brick buildings, little alleyways, and arcades, so many bars and eateries! Much too busy for me!! Extra: Neptune, shop fronts and my fav shop.
