Hotel Kyjev

This little bar of soap surfaced today, a souvenir of the Hotel Kyjev, Bratislava, from June 2008.  I was cycling from Vienna to Budapest with my other half along the Danube cycle route and we had an overnight stop. The hotel was still very much Soviet-style in those days but according to Google maps, it is now permanently closed. Sad.
