Dam

As J9 is away, I put in a few hours work this morning to catch up from yesterday. Then headed off to get some much needed provisions (can’t believe I ran out of coffee!).
After that I took the mutt for a walk along Blackbrook. The dappled light through the trees was beautiful on the water*.
We then shared a banana overlooking the lake, before strolling back via the slow, curving stream. I knew he would appreciate his customary dip in the lazy sections*.
It took a lot longer than it used to. Poor sod is showing his age recently.
All things considered, it was a nice day.
