Large Skipper

Lovely to see the large skipper on the geraniums.
Took my Mac Studio screen into John Lewis in Cheltenham after speaking to the tech guys. I mistakenly drove in alone and being a Saturday was heaving with nowhere to park and traffic every which way. I went home still with the screen in the boot of the car and cajoled Hubs and yes I did feel guilty at this point as he had only got back from France early this morning, to take me in and hover as there was no way I could carry that size of screen very far.

Screen totally dead screen was left there and could be back in 2-3 weeks but not holding my breath.

Doing my blip from my laptop which now has decided to get a tad arsy with me too as my 'scratch disc is full' and wouldn't perform anything at all.

I did rake out the pond weed, in the pond obviously, pop some broadbeans for supper - hardly taxing, clean up after Poppy as usual but generally I felt  a wasted day when it was lovely weather. 

Very happy with my efforts on the conservatory roof with the 3 silver birch trunks. I tried the lights in the dark last night and they were spot on so feel I've achieved something.
