In Antonius Sneek

The indoor statue consists of a wooden statue of 7 meters high, placed on a 2 meter high pedestal, also made of wood.  Four animals can be recognized in the image: a horse, a pig, a goat and a chicken.  Standing absurdly on each other's backs, they as a whole form a baroque intertwining of shapes, decreasing in size from animal to upward.  The construction of both the pedestal and the statue is open, the statue is mobile and expressive, while the pedestal is tightly geometric.
