Success!

Today seems to have been a great success.  I ran the parking and no one crashed (as far as I could tell), Mrs B helped with the tea and cakes and we got some home (see the delicious date and walnut in Extras).  And loads of people had smiles on their faces (well I suppose there was a bar (Extras)).  There were a few classic cars, including a pretty old Morgan Plus Four (Extras) and Mrs B enjoyed being "gonged" (Extras).

That bar was in the Tithe Barn, an ancient place where the Sherborne Abbey monks would come to collect their tithes; the Abbey owned the village, as I understand it.

We're both quite tired, but we did our bit.
