Thunder in the air

The weather forecast contains thunder for the weekend. There was no rain today, but the air is very heavy.. The temperature reached 28° in the afternoon, not particularly pleasant with this muggy atmosphere. we need the forecast storms to clear the air a bit.

In the morning we had quite an expensive visit to the homeware shop to replace items that were damaged during the rentals last year. We still have a few items to replace. I have to wonder whether people do as much damage in their own homes.

in the evening, we have an pivot in the garden before dinner on the terrace. I do not think we have had a meal inside since we arrived on Tuesday..
