Morning Sail and Hot Stuff

It wasn't all that hot at 9.00 AM but it did turn out to be a great walk as we continued on all the way to Island Bay and our favourite  Cafe ' Movie theatre catching the bus home. The hot stuff is the extra.....It's Field Mustard. 15Km for the day (23912 steps) which is a bit of a record for the last 12 months.
