Shikoku

We spent our last full day of the cruise on the island of Shikoku in the Inland Sea. As we are about to disembark I will limit myself to a picture of a beautiful iris bed in full bloom in yet another gorgeous garden, and a picture of the horticulturalist who has a nursery of bonsai giving us a pruning demonstration.. This tree is at least 100 years old and is worth as much as a small car.
