Next doors cats had a stroll out to the front garden with me to find something nice for Flower Friday :)

Saw my physio today who's also frustrated at my slow progress with my broken ankle - she suggested neurophysiotherapy may be better as my hindrance is the nerve damage from surgery, I didn't know it was even a thing and I definitely will be researching it and possibly asking the trauma consultant why I haven't already been given that as an option!
