Day Out

Today has been lovely. Little Man and I went into Gouda to hang out and do some window shopping. I've found that exerciouns to Gouda and Utrecht make it easier for me to stay away from the boredom of village life. Don't get me wrong. I love Oudewater, but it's a small town (a village with city rights) with not a lot to do. I can't stay home for longer periods of time and there's only so many places to go here. So we went to Gouda. I took this photo of the town hall whilst we were there.

My dad ended up joining us after his weekly church meeting. We hung out and had lunch together before coming home. Mum hasn't been feeling too well so she stayed home. She's been resting and will hopefully be feeling better soon.

I made dinner for Little Man, my dad and me, before I put Little Man in the bath. He said his longest sentence to date this evening (5 words!) and I was over the moon with excitement. His speech is coming along so well!
