Monday funday - Colchester

B walked whilst I ran - lots of run-backs for me. There had been a Roman Event in the park, so Castle Park was closed initially whilst it was being cleared, so we did the 5k run along the river. B is stoic but giving me cause for concern as her pain has moved to her glutes and she has slowed down a lot. Later we walked to the Castle Park for a tea and saw the beautiful roses in bloom. Stopped off at Osea Tearoom on return for lunch. Carpark charges are too high to make a return visit unless I walk there.
