The Californian poppy

I love these flowers! Always associated with our trips here! Today we saw loads in a park.  
We had lunch at Julie’s coffee and tea garden.  Delicious! One recipe to remember: thin toased sourdough with coconut yogurt, honey and thin slices of apple and strawberry. (Cocojune Fruit toast) It looked delicious.  Not mine though.  I had cauliflower Chimchurri sandwich: ciabatta roll. Roasted cauliflower, caramelised onions, chimichurri, romesco sauce(contains almonds) herbed goat cheese and mixed greens. 

A trip to Walmart where Ro bought some jeans! 
A walk and tonight it’s Jumbalaya! The food over here is so good!
