Leaving

One last look at the garden and this Queen's Tears before heading up country. What should have been a four and a half hour journey to Eton turned out to be nine and three-quarters. Quite frustrating to say the least.
We did however get there in time for a dinner to celebrate a colleague retiring from Wellington. Having first met in 1977, we did go back a long way as did most of those present.
