Indigo Bunting

I heard him before I saw him. I know they like to sit high up top and sing, so it didn't take too long to find him up at the top of a dying catawba tree
(Catalpa speciosa) - A tree that The Husband planted as a little seedling a long time ago. It's been dying for years. I keep thinking it's done, but there are still some leaves on it here and there. Anyhoo, the indigo bunting was up at the very top - inconveniently against a bright, light sky.
