D Day

Because of the events 80 years ago today I was able to sit on the banks of a lake in Haute-Vienne region of France and take photos of the amazing wildlife.

Sadly being here means we haven’t seen any of the celebrations, and to be honest we haven’t seen any reference to it, unlike in Normandy last week.
