Awe and wonder

It seems to be a good year for Foxgloves, which looked awesome on my run up to Potter Fell today; on the way back I stopped at the river and had to sit down to watch the antics of the House Martins and Swifts as they swooped along the water and veered over my head as they swept upwards to catch insects - magical.
