Another Day

By BlackTulip

Close up and personal

Towels washed, out, dried.  It was warm when the sun was out but chilly when it wasn't.

Another day of gentle gardening.  It's amazing how much debris collects under the laurel and other shrubs, but a bit tidier now.

I've reminded locals to send in their objections to The Mansion change of use and several more have done so.  C, who lives in the other part of the close has delivered notes round to all sixty five houses listing all the salient points for objecting.

This male (I think) horsefly was resting and sunning itself on the outside table, which gave me the opportunity to take its picture using focus-stacking, and I'm reasonably pleased with it.  Best viewed large.  It won't bite.

For those of you who don't mind spiders I've added an extra of a curious jumping spider, which stayed still long enough to photograph.
