Nourished

Further insect life being nourished by the umbellifers. I think that this is a Pellucid Fly, one of the hoverflies, but my id may be off.

I’ve had my head down with a big writing task all week, and will be probably the same through to deadlines at the end of next week. I’m trying to pace myself to keep within working hours, and to still manage lunchtime walks…
