A day with lots of different people, but no photos!!! But this was in Nate's bag, he'd copied the symbol from the prayer wall, ha!
A morning with the ES guys, then back to town to see Artist Helen, and then to get chaplaincy study done. Later I was with lovely Lu... It would have been even lovelier if my head hadn't started pounding and making me feel super nauseous! Thank goodness Tracy had brought me Migraleve from the UK.

Today I'm grateful for;
1) These last 3 months with Brian and Tracy - they flew back to the UK this morning. We'll really miss them being here.
2) Time with Lu, she's a special one.
3) The antisickness in Migraleve - makes such a difference!
