Ice Cream

The start of summer seems to cause lines at the Diamond Knot Brewery for ice cream!  We've only stopped here for ice cream once with the grandkids.  Stephen and I usually take Aria across the way to Ivers for plain old Vanilla. 
  It was a beautiful day today with lots of sunshine after the morning clouds.   Listening to more video's by Barbara O'Neill about hormones and health!   She is actually pretty informative.
