Building site

The old petrol station and car garage on the edge of our estate is completely demolished now.  There is a big hole in the ground which I think is where they dug up the old petrol tanks. A local running club organise a 10k race series in our town through the summer.  Tonight was the first one so we went out this evening to clap the runners and I took this photo through the railings. 

Eldest is studying ancient Egypt at school and has a dress up day on Friday.  I got my old photos out the loft of my travels around Egypt, lovely memories. She is taking a few into school for show and tell.
