Today's the day ....................... to admire

Like many others, I'm sure, I'm a huge fan of blipper HilarysView and her journal Eye to Eye.  

Not only is she a very good photographer, she's also a very fit and active walker, climber and skier.  Add to that the fact that she lives in Switzerland and you can see how much scope there is to bring us the fabulous pictures that she does.  I would say that there is zero chance that I would ever find myself in the places that she gets to - but because of the wonder that is blipfoto, I can see through her eyes, many really breath-taking sights.

In her pictures, I have seen Eidelweiss and all the other incredible alpine plants that I love so much, growing wild in the places where they should be.  And so, when I manage to get a clump of them growing in my rockery here, it makes me feel even more chuffed than I would be anyway .........................!
