Only three of us at Pilates this morning - the other three on holiday - so we raced through the session and di some new exercises with arm springs. We'll no doubt suffer for it tomorrow...

Podiatrist this aft, so walking on air again. Did a detour to the top of the hill to bag a summer scene - luckily timed it right to catch sunshine rather than rain ;)
