Summer Scene

Late morning we drove to Vathy, Ithaca (Ionian Islands, Greece) and enjoyed an iced coffee in the square watching life go by.

Afterwards we had a walk around Vathy, Ithaca's main town, and the photo' is of a taverna on the harbour with greek summer vibes and it's mediterranea light and colours.  Ideal for this week's W-I-D-E on Wednesday theme of 'summer or winter scene'

We stopped at nearby Dexa beach. The weather 32C but a little overcast, we had an hour before some spots of rain hinted it was time to return to our villa.
