Poppy

A cooler day but it was pleasant in the sunshine.

I spotted this eye-catching raggedy poppy in the garden, the recent rain and wind has done its damage.

The fracture clinic phoned back today and reassured me that my ankle is healing and that I should expect full rehab to take 3-4 months. And swimming is ok!
