We had a gift voucher to use up before next week, so used it today for lunch. We went to Courts, a lovely restaurant just before you get to Penarth. We arrived at 12.30 and we were the only ones there, so we had a good look around. The main was taken upstairs in a room used for private parties, the extra is the view from downstairs. We both had a lovely meal, and will definitely go again
