Such Tenacity

Now I'm not saying that graffiti is a good or a bad thing. It has its place I suppose. However, what I do get taken in by is their tenacity to get to a place to do their 'art'.
This is not the easiest place to get to. The only easy option is a boat that I can see. But someone made the effort to get there, with the equipment.
I'm not saying I agree or disagree, but I am impressed by the ingenuity of it all.
