Spherical themed dinner!

This evening wasn’t great!
Bit of a rubbish end of day at school and left feeling a little uncomfortable. Got Scout and jumped in the car to run up to mom’s and Bumblebee (the car) told me she wasn’t feeling so good!….looked it up and checked her out….next to no coolant! So not driving…
Walked up to mom’s and seeing her bedroom blind down had a foreboding feeling. Got inside and mom looked good but was completely muddled again about whether it was morning or night. :(
Sorted her out, walked the dogs, made mom a cup of tea, started walking home and Cathie came to pick me up. Sat down for my dinner at 9pm. Looked up good clocks for mom and got them ordered in between Scout begging me to play … so did that. :)

One really sweet part of the day was when I was teaching the children about how the earth moves round the sun to create night and day and seasons. I asked OS to ‘be my sunshine’ to help me demonstrate and every time I said “sunshine” the class spontaneously and beautifully sang “You are my sunshine “.
It warmed my heart and by the smile on OS face it warmed her heart too and one of our supports was walking past at one of their outbursts and had to come in and say how beautiful it was!
A very beautiful and treasured moment. :D
