After the Rain

A grey day of chores. Rain stopped play in the garden so I did indoor tidying as we are expecting a visit from J’s cousin on Thursday.
A visit to the opticians for J & I this afternoon. My eyes haven’t changed so I decided to get some new prescription sunglasses then J needed new specs so it was an expensive trip.
Waited half an hour in the pharmacy to pick up J’s prescription then home to finish off my chores.
The sun broke through briefly as shown in my blip, we are being serenaded by the skylarks that are nesting in the fields around us at the moment, it’s wonderful to hear them.
