Soda bread.

I bought some double cream the other day that had a yellow sticker price reduction. I decided I would make butter and buttermilk from it.

The butter was really easy to make ( I haven’t made butter in years…) and I thought the buttermilk would be ideal for making soda bread.

I used the Ballymaloe recipe.
