New Car

A trip down to Coventry today - in terrible weather - to pick up my new car (a Citroen C5X in Amazonite Grey). We decided to travel back up the A1 (rather than the M1 which we came down on).  Alongside the A1 just north of Newark is the Ok Diner where you can indulge in a truly American experience and listen to 50s and 60s Rock n' Roll music.  
Me and Mrs MD indulged in Pancake stacks with crispy bacon and Maple syrup (see Extra 1) - all washed down with Root Beer.  We finished off with Donuts with ice cream and sauces.  It's a great place to visit - an example of their 'retro customers' is Extra 2.
