Squirrel and Wild Flowers

Walking back home, after dropping the girls off at school this morning, I spotted two things.
First one was the bottom photograph, a great swathe of wild flowers while around the edges of the field were mown the flowers had been left, like a white island, for the insects and bees to do their thing. It wasn't the only swathe either, they are all around the edge of the playing fields. Good thinking on the councils part.
Across the field and through the 'Kissing Gate' I entered a wooded area. The squirrel saw me and started to dart up the tree. It stopped on the first branch and looked at me as I got my phone out to take a snapshot of it.
I expected it to disappear when I raised the phone but no, it didn't, just sat there looking at me for which I was very grateful.
It did leave me in a quandary though, which photo to use. Good old Phototastic Collage came to the rescue yet again.
