Chance encounters

I went out on the group bike ride - it was a lovely day - to escape the conserv roof project. Was amazed to spot this friend out with a walk group in the middle of nowhere. She’s moving back to Japan imminently so we had a quick photo op. Got back to find the roof project still ongoing - not really a surprise…. But it would be nice to have repossession of my back garden!
