Notes: Slept horribly much in thanks to the new jackals next door. Finally moved to the LR ~ 12am and dozed in and out some until 3a. Went back to bed but then was awake 430aish and never could go back to sleep. Got up and started working some thru the morning. Susan shifted my website work with the need for a flyer for this evening's council meeting so worked on that for quite awhile until taking a break to the pool ~11a - quite hot but had the place to myself (in and out of shower and pool quite a few times). Headed back and decided I needed to try to rest 1230-130p, did some breathwork and tried connecting w/ Akashic records but didn't get much of anything useful. Worked thru the afternoon then till ~530p and on the phone w/ Susan for awhile. Caught up on some more JC & Janine intel until 740p and then streamed a bit. So tired all thru the day.
