Richard Hawley at the Usher Hall. One of the Steel City’s finest. I hadn’t seen him live before and was impressed with how good his voice sounded. And the man can play too.

Also the first real use of my decibel-reducing earplugs. Probably bolting the stable door after the horse has bolted, had kids and retired, but better late than never.
