Menace!

Today we had lots of visitors at the old bird feeder in the tree. First it was the lorikeets, then pigeons, magpies and finally this rather menacing raven.

These two lorikeets were grabbing as much seed as they could with the Raven staring them down. The one on the left suddenly took off, just as I was snapping the confrontation, so it is too bad the beak is missing. It was such a dramatic shot I went with it anyway!

A second later the other lorikeet also took off, leaving the Raven to feed on his own.
