No playing on the playing field

School has a drainage problem on the playground so instead of getting a contractor to fix it they hired a mini-digger to fix it themselves. They drove the digger over the wet field creating two deep trenches across the entire length of the field where the caterpillar tracks sank into the mud.
The playground still floods and they now have a playing field which can’t be accessed without having to cross the trenches. I hope there wasn’t an injury leading to the outbreak of safety signs which appeared today.
