Bad day today

Today I have been in hell with my back and I think it was yesterday when I was having a good day I decided to hoe the weeds at my back gate.

Big mistake I think but I still had to do it as the weeds were annoying me and had to get done anyway.
I am starting to realise now I can't do very much but things still need doing. Working tonight was a major problem but got there in the end.
