Nice medal

Finished backblipping.
I thought of blipping this yesterday but then I found the nice bee so, when I realised after tea I hadn't taken any pics, I took it today.
Still stiff thighs, but improving, and I managed a short run with the group this evening.
It was another lovely day and I got a little gardening done. We went to buy the council produced compost (£1/bag, how big a bag is depends on what you can load into the car as you have to fill your own, we managed 8, must have saved us nearly £20).
I emptied 3 today, and now have a couple more containers ready for transplanting seedlings later in the week.
The new children's worker at the Centre started today so I went up to do the paperwork and introduce her to the other worker, hope it all works out okay.
