Adder's tongues and other things

I haven't been out with the Cumbria Botany Group for a couple of years, so today was a day of jolting the memory and trying to remember how to identify a whole load of plants in the Orton area - with experts around to help. I was pleased to find Adder's Tongue, an unusual fern that grows in grasslands and meadows, and a young Adder (see extras).
