Drone Exam

After the theory exam there was practical assessment. Our examiner J is a former helicopter pilot and I would say very skilled even with the toys. For part of this task I was asked to take three images of this tree from various viewpoints. In this one you can just make out the group. At distance this is much more difficult than it looks as you were asked to judge drone proximity to the tree initially by line of sight, rather than looking at the screen. I felt shattered after the drive home across country. It was two very intense days with homework on the Saturday night. The three of us, myself and the other two apprentices, got on fine in the tests. 
Ironically, the awarding the cerificate lumbers the poor trainee with even more dayto day paperwork.
